We are in network with your dental insurance plan!
At DentalQ, we strive to make your dental care as accessible and convenient as possible. We are in-network with most PPO insurance plans and offer in-network fees for plans that we are not directly contracted with.
Many insurance plans cover preventive care and basic procedures at 100% when provided bi-annually. This coverage typically includes recall or complete oral examinations, X-rays, basic cleanings, topical fluoride application, and dental sealants. As a result, your New Patient Exam should generally be covered with no copay required.

If your dental plan is not listed above, please provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. We will verify your coverage to ensure we accommodate your needs. You can text us a picture of the back and front of your insurance card to (312)373-1117.
Out-of-Network Coverage
For plans considered out-of-network, you will need to pay upfront for services. However, we will submit the claim on your behalf. Once processed, your insurance company will reimburse you directly if the services are covered under your plan.
In-House Discount Plan
We offer an exclusive in-house discount plan for our patients. For a premium of $120 per year, you receive a 20% discount on all our fees. This plan provides an affordable way to save on dental care if you do not have insurance or if your plan does not cover all services.
If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please send us a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. We will verify your coverage and inform you of any applicable benefits.
